Combining Pregnancy Yoga with Hypnobirthing helps promote vitality during pregnancy while preparing the mind and body for an easier birth.

What does this class involve?

With strengthening postures to build stamina for labour, stretches to create space within the body for your growing baby, helping you feel more comfortable and practical breathing and relaxation techniques to help prepare you for a confident birthing experience.

This gentle, highly effective practice for expectant mums builds confidence by combining positions for labour, breathing and some hypnobirthing techniques.

The class focus on preventing and dealing with common pregnancy-related ailments such as heartburn, sciatica and S.P.D. and involves nurturing self-massage techniques.

Practice will help you feel more comfortable with the emotional and physical changes during the second and third trimesters.

This will empower you as you prepare for a calmer and more relaxed birth – however it shows up!

Is this a hypnobirthing course?

No. This yoga practice combines some hypnobirthing methods. We do have an in-person couples hypnobirthing workshop. You can learn more about that here.

When can I start?

You can start in your 20th week and practice right up to birth; no previous experience is necessary.
