Yes this Access bars® gentle touch therapy is safe and is actually recommended during pregnancy as this will dissipate the build-up of thoughts, feelings and emotions that occurs during pregnancy. It can often assist with a shorter labour and it will also contribute to your baby being less programmed and more conscious.
You are fully clothed whilst points on your head are gently touched. You can talk or sleep during a Access bars® session – it’s your choice.
Each Access bars® session can be anything from 1 hour+ the longer the session the more you clear, it’s a choice.
Each session creates a more harmonious state. Your body is composed of energy pathways and energy centres that are in a dynamic interplay with your cells, organs, emotions, and thoughts. This interplay can cause disharmony in your life and body. Each Access bars® session can shift these energies changing your health, emotions, and state of mind.
For someone, session creates the change they have been seeking and for others, they have a few sessions to work through issues.
During pregnancy, it is highly recommended to have a weekly session in the 6 weeks run-up to your birth.
Some clients have their Bars® run as a monthly treat, a bit like having a regular massage.
